Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Special Education teaching position is designed for educators experienced in supporting students with moderate to severe or extensive needs at the elementary level. Located in Santa Clara, CA (ZIP code 95046), this opportunity spans the next school year, providing a stable and impactful environment to deliver specialized instruction to young learners.

Position Details :

  • Title : Special Education Teacher, Moderate to Severe or Extensive Needs
  • Grade Levels : Kindergarten through 2nd grade
  • Caseload : 8 to 10 students with diverse and significant learning needs
  • Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Duration : August 11, 2025 through June 5, 2026
  • Employment Type : Direct Hire, Full-Time
  • Location : Santa Clara, California

Qualifications :

  • Valid Moderate to Severe or Extensive Needs Credential is required
  • Experience working with early elementary students (K-2) in special education settings
  • Proven ability to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong classroom management and munication skills
