Position Details:

• Job Title: Dentist
• Location: DOH Duval County - Dental Center
• Work Schedule: 2-3 days per week
• Pay Rate: $101.81/hr (1099)
• Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
• Software Used: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS
• Requirements: Level 2 background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, dentures (complete & partial), and extractions.

Required Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD Degree
• Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
• Current/Active DEA Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• 5+ years' experience providing general dental services

Highly Desired:

• Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record
