• We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager II to support enterprise technology initiatives with one of the following domains : Fraud, BSA / AML, Enterprise Garage (Marketing, Automation, Customer Communication), or Workforce Technology. This role will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs and drive delivery excellence and supporting corporate responsibilities and enterprise-wide tech deliveries. Key Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide technology programs across multiple domains. Drive delivery of strategic initiatives in Fraud, BSA / AML, Enterprise Garage (Marketing, Automation, Customer Communication), or Workforce Technology. Manage and influence cross-functional teams and project groups. Apply Agile methodologies and metrics to monitor program health and delivery performance. Translate data into strategic insights to guide program direction and stakeholder decisions. Ensure alignment of program goals with business priorities and technology roadmaps. Manage program budgets, ensuring financial discipline and forecasting accuracy. Skills & Experience : Strong consulting and strategic analytical background, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to lead large-scale programs and influence cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply Agile metrics effectively. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and driving outcomes across multiple projects and teams. PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus. Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $65,000.00 $158,700.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
