As an unarmed patrol professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client location management.

Assist employees, visitors, and / or customers with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.

Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
