QUALIFICATIONS : Must hold a Professional Educator License valid in Illinois with an endorsement in School Social Worker

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Address the social well-being of students (ACES and Trauma Informed Care)
• Provide information and resources for parents and students to support the social well-being of students
• Provide case management services for special education students
• Conduct individual and group social work sessions for eligible students
• Participate and contribute to Eligibility and IEP Meetings
• Serve as a liaison for distressed students

SALARY RANGE : In accordance with experience and the PNA contract

Range ($49,437.00 - $61,117.00)
