Finance Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview :

This position assists with Keystone Finance by processing the Keystone Finance new and renewal applications and loan documents as well as third party financing tasks. In addition, this position works with our Locations including sales, admins and customers to provide support with Financing.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Gather customer data and collect due diligence information for new & renewal Keystone Finance Loan customers.
• Process signed loan documents with Post Closing tasks such as notifying grain buyers, filing UCC's and Assignment of Indemnity, and maintaining organized electronic files.
• Generates and reviews necessary Accounts Receivable reports for Loan Monitoring.
• Manage & maintain notification of grain liens from outside lenders for the grain procurement division.
• Create and distribute various finance letters.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
