Geriatrician needed " Grand Rapids, MI

Outpatient-focused; M"F daytime hours, flexible / autonomous schedule

Practice covers local nursing facilities + advanced care programs (home visits possible)

Patient visits tailored for complex geriatrics; collaborative care team

Leadership dedicated to work / life balance

Teaching opportunities : residents, students, fellows (not a teaching hospital role)

Call shared among providers; no weekends or locums

Open to new grads with geriatrics fellowship or experienced IM / FM with geriatric experience

Must be BC / BE in Geriatrics (or IM / FM); BE must certify within 2 years

Michigan license, DEA, BLS, ACLS required (or willing to obtain)

Not open to locums, visa candidates, commuters, or those needing board reinstatement
