Brand Representative

OGeez! is one of America's pioneering cannabis-infused gummy brands. Our scratch-made gummies combine mouthwatering taste, innovative cannabinoid infusions, signature bouncy texture, and hand-crafted quality to add flavor to all of life's special moments. Born in Arizona, we’re now flavoring life across multiple states, including New Jersey.

We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Brand Representative to join our team.

Day-to-day activities:

• Be up to speed on all OGeez! products to ensure clear communication.
• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies when requested.
• Clear detailed mission reports due daily with high level of detail to Marketing Manager.
• Must be a team player and able to work well in various group settings.
• Educate consumers & retail partners about our products daily.
• Capturing photos in the field to tell the story of each mission for internal recaps and social media.
• Build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the marketing department.
• Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows when scheduled.
• Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and internal workshops.
• Maintain a positive image of the brand.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

You’ll be a good candidate if you have:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• College degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related study.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or related consumer‐focused field preferred.
• Proven track record representing brands in the marketing and event field.
• Experience in the cannabis industry and/or consumer packaged goods (including alcohol sales) preferred.
• An exceptional ability to speak in public and articulate messaging to crowds of various sizes.
• A creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
