Maintenance Sales Rep Position

Our client is an industry leader in the design, installation, and service of HVAC, refrigeration, process piping, building automation, and plumbing systems. They are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Sales Rep to join their dedicated commercial construction team. The role is focused on selling HVAC services, retrofits, upgrades, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair, as well as unit replacement and design changes.

Responsibilities :

• Selling agreements and services to commercial construction accounts of all types for HVAC service, retrofits, upgrades, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair, unit replacement, and design changes.
• Prospecting and networking to develop leads and opportunities.
• Identifying and prequalifying new business, writing proposals and contracts.
• Accompanying techs and attending training sessions to grow product knowledge.
• Acquainting customers with technical product info, highlighting solutions brought by the products, and assisting with rebates.
