Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled NICU Pharmacist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff while supporting both centralized and decentralized medication-use systems.

About the Role :

You will ensure safe and effective medication therapy in the NICU, including :

• Providing integrated pharmacy services and direct patient care in a decentralized practice setting
• Participating in all aspects of the medication-use system, including clinical oversight and support of centralized operations
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Supporting quality assurance, medication safety, and clinical initiatives
