About the role

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing, adjusting, and / or maintaining industrial production and processing machinery in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This position performs basic troubleshooting and repairs with direction and oversight.

Desirable shift schedules! 12-hour workdays on 3rd shift (6 : 55 pm - 7 am). We work 2-3-2 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Supports a quality work environment by following appropriate policies and procedures.
• Completes weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance duties on Operations machinery, equipment, and tooling per preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and as assigned
• Documents required repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Observes gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure equipment is working properly.
• Inspects equipment, products, materials, or packaging to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• Repairs, cleans, lubricates, or adjusts machinery to optimally maintain the equipment.
• Disassembles, repairs, or replaces malfunctioning / broken machinery or equipment components.
• Reassembles equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repair.
• Examines parts for defects, such as excessive wear or breakage.
• Cleans work areas using basic cleaning materials.
