Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll have the privilege of working on the premier infrastructure project in the country, as well as receive all of the benefits of working for Parsons. This program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark, New Jersey and New York City, the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC).

The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 15 years in the field to oversee the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) New Jersey Surface Alignment (NJSA) package. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of field operations, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining project schedules and budgets on this major infrastructure initiative.

Construction Oversight & Field Management :

• Direct and supervise all construction activities, including contractor oversight and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Administer the Safety and Security Management Plan (SSMP), ensuring compliance with safety protocols, thorough incident reporting, and implementation of proactive risk mitigation measures.
• Guarantee that all construction work meets technical specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee special inspections, testing services, and comprehensive quality assurance processes.
• Manage site logistics, including utility coordination, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and compliance with building management procedures.

Salary Range : $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
