We’ve solved the product. Now we need someone to own venue acquisition.
Responsibilities
Own all B2B partnerships for DC’s hottest app launch (Oct 31)Build from 0 to 500+ venues in 90 daysShape the go-to-market strategy for a product that actually worksOnboard and manage venue relationships, ensuring quality and timely activationCollaborate with product, marketing, and ops to refine venue onboarding flows and product positioningQualifications
Proven closers : 2+ years B2B sales, hospitality / retail experience is goldDC connected : Know the bar / restaurant sceneStartup ready : Comfortable with ambiguity, building from zeroImmediately available : Can start tomorrowRejection proof : You hear “no” 40 times to get 2 “yeses”Compensation
Phase 1 (First 30 Days – Launch Sprint)
Base : $2,500 / monthCommission : $100 per committed venueTarget : 50 venues = $5,000 commissionTotal Month 1 : $7,500Phase 2 (Days 31-90 – Scale)
Base : $5,000 / monthCommission : $75 per venue + $500 per enterprise partnerEquity vests beginPhase 3 (After 90 Days – Full Role)
