Road Maintenance Position

Richfield Highway District #3 full-time Road Maintenance Position

Job Description : The employee would perform manual tasks in road maintenance, repair of roads, right of way, etc. The employee will be required to operate various pieces of equipment. Assignments and schedules are supervised and outlined by the  Richfield Highway District Road Foreman and Commission.

Schedule : Year-round work of 30 hours or more weekly.

Shift hours change with the seasons.

Qualifications : High school Diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver’s license; CDL (Preferred). Knowledge of road maintenance and repair methods, materials, tools, and equipment (Preferred). Must be able to perform heavy lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.

The rate of pay is dependent on experience.

Participation is required in Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
