Job Overview

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications. Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by :

• Preparing and operating CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Loading raw materials and parts onto machines
• Performing test runs and verifying outputs meet specifications
• Monitoring machine operations and adjusting for optimal results
• Inspecting and measuring finished products for accuracy and quality
• Performing routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment
• Documenting quality and quantity of produced parts
