Now Hiring Receptionist for a company in Cleveland.

Job Duties and Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative

• Interacts with customers by phone, email or in person and receives orders or changes to services.
• Adjust concerns about billing or service rendered refer to the designated departments.
• Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying invoices.
• Generates all related paperwork and information required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.
• Must have 1 year experience.
• Must provide resume
• Interview Based.

Dress Code : Long pants, Steel Toe Boots. Warm Clothes Per Weather Conditions. No Loud Logo Attire.

Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay : $20.00 (Based on Exp)
