TheNationalOnboarding Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for new customers as they transition from sales to production.
This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience by managing timelines, gathering packaging specifications and artwork, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. The coordinator plays a key role in building strong relationships and setting customers up for long-term success.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Experience Management
- Actsas the main customer contact throughout the onboarding phase-from quote through production readiness.
- Deliversan exceptional customer experience byanticipatingneeds and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Providesproactive communication on project status, milestones, and potential risks or delays.
- Guidescustomers through artwork approval and proofing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Project Coordination and Execution
Coordinatesinternal handoffs between Sales, Design, Production, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure smooth project execution.Createsand managesonboarding timelines in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Coupa / EDI, Salesforce).Gathersandvalidatespackaging specifications, artwork, and technical details to ensure all requirements areproduction-ready.Data & PerformanceManagement
Tracksand reportsonboardingperformance metrics, such as time-to-launch, customer satisfaction, and completion rates.Ensuresdata accuracy in CRM or ERP systems, including order details, materials, and configuration information.Collaborates cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve onboarding efficiency.Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position.
The targeted compensation for this position is between a$65K - $75Kbase plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year of related experience customer onboarding, account coordination, or project managementExperience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or relatedindustriesa plus.Travel required for this position is up to 25%Shorr Benefits
