In-Home Care Operations Supervisor

Full-Time | Salary Exempt | Leadership Role in Home Care

What You’ll Own

  • Lead & Empower :  Supervise, coach, and inspire a team handling 1,200–1,500 weekly service hours.
  • Optimize & Innovate : Efficient, client-centric schedules that ensure continuity of care and maximize caregiver engagement.
  • Be the Go-To Leader :  Rotate on our leadership on-call schedule to swiftly resolve staffing escalations and client needs.
  • Recruit & Onboard :  Source top talent, conduct interviews, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate & Strategize :  Partner with clinical and office teams to align staffing plans with client-care objectives.
  • Decide & Deliver :  Independently analyze complex situations, make confident decisions, and see solutions through to completion.

What You Bring

  • Scheduling Savvy : At least 2 years of hands-on experience in home care, healthcare, or similar service-oriented scheduling .
  • Care Experience :  Background in direct care or caregiving is a strong plus.
  • Leadership Presence :  Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Puzzle-Passion :  An analytical mindset that loves turning chaotic variables into calm, workable schedules.
  • Persistence :  You would not want to leave the job undone—period.
  • On-Call Flexibility :  Ready to step in when emergencies strike.
