About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Specialty : First Assist

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of current experience

License : Temporary Nursing Service Agency License required for temporary staffing

Certifications : CNOR, BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : BSN required, Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

Description :

Start date is Saturday, October 18.

Travelers are required to work two of the following holiday periods :

Thanksgiving and the weekend following,

Christmas Eve / Christmas Day and the weekend following,

New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day and the weekend following.

Extensions requested to end in November or before the holiday season in December will not be considered.

COVID vaccination (dose date on or after October 3, 2023) is required.

Exemption forms are available and must be signed by a provider or religious leader.

If approved for exemption, travelers will be required to wear a mask at all times while on site.

Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Requested time off must be noted during the profile upload.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

The dress code is facility-provided scrubs.

Travelers must have their own vehicle for this position.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Requests made after the offer may lead to rescinded offers.

Profile requirements include work history and a skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within the last year.

A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment must be included.

All licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the profile for consideration.
