We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Permanent Director of Brand Development for the Northeast region. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the construction industry and play a vital role in shaping our brand direction and growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic brand development, business development, account management, and client interaction. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and standards to drive business growth in the Northeast region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Develop and manage B2B relationships, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clients, and at trade shows.
  • Oversee the use of CRM tools for effective account management and customer interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and insurance requirements in all brand development activities.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Collaborate with the engineering services team to align brand strategies with technical capabilities.
  • Qualifications :

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MS degree or Masters in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand development, business development, or account management in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business intelligence, market research, and customer analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of designing compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage B2B relationships and interact effectively with clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools and account management practices.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and insurance requirements in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade show representation.
