Remote LPN Call Center

A company is looking for a Call Center LPN for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and telehealth visits

Initiate chart preparation by calling patients to assist providers with upcoming appointments

Enter patient data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and conduct assessments over the phone

Required Qualifications

Current active LVN / LPN license

Experience with MS Office

Familiarity with eCW software is preferred

Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US

Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
