As a Security Professional Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Newport Beach, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will engage with people on-site, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Tuesday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Wednesday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Thursday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Friday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the office property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related risks within the commercial real estate location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management as needed.
  • Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
