Admin EHS Assistant
This position is critical to the Rhinelander Center of Breeding Excellence ability to serve the Global VSA trialing short- and long-term goals. The Admin EHS Assistant is responsible for supporting the site in the roles of finance, EHS, and administration.
This role will support and work closely with Rhinelander EHS and Administration teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Accounts Payable Invoice Processing for all of Rhinelander site
- Request & Monitor PO / Invoices through the approval process
- Site contact for past due invoices
- Lead Vendor Setup with R&D Vendor Teams for Rhinelander
- Lead Buyer for Entire Rhinelander Team
- Document Control & Record Management
- Injury Management & Return to Work
- Annual Vacation summary
- Required EHS Inspections, daily, weekly, monthly
- Review of GEHSMS Programs and updates
- Action Plans from Compliance and GEHSMS AuditsProgram Risk Assessments
- Standard Operating Procedures needed execution of all tasks in all departments
- Lab program development
- Auto and Fleet Program identifications -
- Ensure PPE supplies are filled in cabinets / order if low or needed supplies
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
