Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from engineering notes, sketches, and / or other drawings, ensuring they meet company and industry standards and codes.
• Draft Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, Concept Plans and Construction Documents.
• Draft Site Plan Renderings for Municipal Presentations.
• Work closely with Engineers, Designers and other Drafters to ensure coordinated design effort is maintained.
• Complete drawing / project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule; review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize / maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information.
• Utilize 3rd party applications like AutoTURN and AGI32 to generate drawings based on specific project requirements.
• Complete earthwork analysis (cut / fill takeoffs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of program commands and tools to ensure accuracy; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with respect to projects, CAD standards, and deadlines; willingness to assume increased responsibilities; ability to work as a team player and interact well with others; ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range : $20 - $32 / hr.
