In the past 2 years, we’ve partnered with founders who have exited for 8 / 9 figures, a Hollywood figure, authors, global leaders, medical experts, and operators across the world.
And now, I’m hiring our first full-time Content Strategist .
Before you read the rest, this isn’t a normal role. It’s the foundation of a bigger vision. If things go well, you will grow into Head of Content next year and own the entire content department of CURAT—D.

What you’ll own
Plan weekly content directions for clients (topics, angles, key ideas)Review transcripts and long-form videos to pull strong momentsPrepare agendas for content calls and keep content hubs organizedGive clear instructions to editors and copywriters so the final output matches the client'sReview content drafts and suggest improvementsHelp onboard new clients through questionnaires, kickoff notes, and their initial Notion hubTrack performance and suggest simple adjustmentsRequirements
