As a Data & Analytics Trainee, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data analyses into engaging and informative visualizations that drive business insights. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creative thinking and technical skills in data visualization, user experience design, and graphical representation. You will gain a deeper understanding of how information evolves into valuable knowledge that supports key business processes.

In this role, you will :

• Collaborate on complex and high-visibility projects as part of a dedicated team.
• Engage in a variety of technical environments while expanding your business knowledge across multiple domains.
• Identify project tasks, assist in timeline estimations, and drive the development of business analytics requirements.
• Utilize your understanding of business processes and data domains to influence data visualization and access requirements.
• Work alongside data engineers to ensure that analytics needs are met through effective data sourcing and transformation.
• Leverage standard tools to present analytics insights effectively.
• Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives to foster the use of data visualizations among business stakeholders.
• Help promote insights-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Contribute to the establishment of data visualization standards.
• Conduct testing to ensure analytics solutions satisfy user specifications.
• Engage in proof-of-concept projects and provide recommendations for business analytics solutions.
• Design and develop visualization solutions that effectively communicate key data insights.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for visual design and a passion for creative representation of data.
• Assist in developing best practices for data sharing across the organization.
• Understand the needs of your audience and tailor information accordingly.
• Simplify complex data to convey messages clearly and effectively.
• Showcase strong teamwork, creativity, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Experience and Educational Requirements :

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
