Sales Executive – USA : Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales or business developmentTrack record of exceeding sales goals in sectors such as sports, technology, fitness, or trainingEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a territory from the ground upExcellent presentation and communication skillsWilling and able to travel frequently (regionally and nationally)Comfortable with pipeline tracking, reporting, and remote collaborationMust Haves
Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and cold outreach to pitch, demo, and closeDevelop relationships with sports academies, high-performance training centers, and commercial venuesAttend trade shows and events; represent the brand as a subject matter expertIdentify local manufacturing or logistics partners to support U.S. operationsRegularly report market feedback, sales progress, and pipeline health to HQAdapt sales messaging and strategy to different verticals including esports, wellness, and hospitalitySales Executive – USA : Preferred Background & Skills
