Sales Executive – USA : Benefits and Compensation

  • Fully remote, regionally based role with high autonomy

Sales Executive – USA : Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals in sectors such as sports, technology, fitness, or training
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a territory from the ground up
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel frequently (regionally and nationally)
  • Comfortable with pipeline tracking, reporting, and remote collaboration
  • Must Haves

  • Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and cold outreach to pitch, demo, and close
  • Develop relationships with sports academies, high-performance training centers, and commercial venues
  • Attend trade shows and events; represent the brand as a subject matter expert
  • Identify local manufacturing or logistics partners to support U.S. operations
  • Regularly report market feedback, sales progress, and pipeline health to HQ
  • Adapt sales messaging and strategy to different verticals including esports, wellness, and hospitality

  • Experience working with professional or youth soccer clubs in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with athletic programs in schools, colleges, or training centers
  • Existing relationships within the U.S. sports, education, or performance tech sectors
  • Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain operations
