Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and Cost Control : Managing inventory, ordering supplies, negotiating with vendors, analyzing costs, and preventing waste.
• Customer Service and Experience : Ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, developing menus, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and alcohol regulations, maintaining licenses, and creating a safe environment.
• Promotions and Marketing : Developing strategies to increase sales, planning promotional events, and working with marketing teams.
