About the Role

Were seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Generalist who can balance approachability with professionalism . Youll play a key role in recruiting and supporting our workforce, maintaining HR compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, and CARF standards, and ensuring a smooth employee experience from hire to retirement.

In this role, communication and collaboration are everything youll be joining a small, supportive HR team where transparency and follow-through are the foundation of success.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing (Fieldprint, Central Registry, Connect).
  • Ensure all personnel files meet DBHDS, DMAS, and CARF workforce standards.
  • Maintain HR records, track licenses, and support survey readiness.
  • Support staff training and Relias compliance tracking.
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and policy updates.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ongoing professional development.
  • Promote open, respectful communication while upholding professional boundaries.

What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of HR experience (behavioral health or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clear professional boundaries.
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and workforce regulations.
  • Experience with HR software such as BambooHR and Relias (a plus).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.
