B&P Meats does business as Meatheads Market. We are a local, family owned business that includes a full meat processing plant, from harvest to fridge along side our retail meat market that offers fresh cut meat, locally sourced products and general grocery items. The Market is open Tuesday thru Sunday.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail meat market and grocery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. If you have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and like to stay busy, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve sales goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives
• Actively be a team member and work the floor in the store - deli, cashier, stocking, etc.
