As a Phlebotomist I, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare system by collecting and processing blood samples for diagnostic testing. This position is located in Palm Bay, Florida in beautiful Brevard County.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures on patients of all ages
• Properly label and process blood samples for testing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all specimens collected
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
