We have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney at a leading law firm in their structure transactions practice group. This is a full time dire hire opportunity.
Job Requirements Include :
- 2+ years of corporate and / or finance transactions experience
- background in structured finance and securitization is preferred
- RMBS / ABS / CLO / financing experience is highly preferred, but not required
- JD degree
- License to practice law in Illinois
