What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative (Financial Services Software / Compliance) Mid Market, you will be a quota-carrying team member responsible for driving growth within small and mid-sized (SMB) customers across the financial services and specialty lending industries. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to understand their needs, identify the right CS solutions, effectively communicate our value proposition, and manage all deal activitiesincluding pricing, quoting, and contracting. You will also collaborate with Solution Consultants to bring deeper product expertise into customer conversations. You will own a defined book of business and be accountable for meeting or exceeding your sales quota, following our proven sales methodology, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

You're a Great Fit if You Have / Can :

• Have the ability to travel (up to 30%). This is a US Based REMOTE ROLE.
• Have 3 - 5 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Possess extensive experience in selling into the Financial Services industry, as well as Field Sales experience.
• Possess lending compliance industry experience and have managed customer contacts; built or elevated brand presence in the specialty lending industry (e.g., on boards, relationships with associations)
• Have experience using Salesforce.com as CRM.
• Can seamlessly present sales solution (in person, virtual by phone or video)
• Are self-motivated, highly proactive and have a perseverant mindset.
• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Account Management (general knowledge of customer's business, decision makers, and purchasing process)
