We are excited to invite a passionate and patient-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Fusion Therapy Center in a hybrid travel position. This unique role allows you to provide speech and language therapy to children in partner daycares, preschools, and schools in the mornings, followed by afternoon sessions in our pediatric outpatient clinic.

Employment Structure

You’ll be hired as a W-2 employee , which means we handle payroll taxes and provide a full benefits package. Unlike traditional salaried roles, you’ll be compensated at a higher hourly rate for each billable hour worked—giving you the opportunity to earn more based on the care you provide.

Typical Schedule

• Morning (AM) : Provide speech therapy at assigned daycares, preschools, or schools.
• Afternoon (PM) : Conduct sessions in our pediatric outpatient clinic, collaborate with the therapy team, and complete documentation.

Schedules are coordinated to minimize travel time while maintaining a productive and fulfilling caseload. Travel between assigned locations is part of your workday.
