Job descriptionAdministering and configuring the enterprise portfolio management tool Developing and maintaining custom dashboards and reports Ensuring data accuracy and integrity Providing training and technical support to end-users Collaborating with stakeholders to align tool functionality with business objectives 3+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field Experience with portfolio management tools, preferably Planview Proficiency in configuring PPM tools Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Knowledge of project management methodologies Excellent communication skills Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI Ability to manage competing priorities Experience in a PMO environment PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications Proficient in advanced data analysis Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
