About The Position
- Position Description
- Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is launching a brand-new Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) program within its 40-bed Level III NICU and is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners interested in building a program from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of Neonatologists while helping shape an innovative, family-centered care model. Advanced modalities include HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia . Providers will work in a single-family room NICU model with 24 / 7 in-house Neonatologist support and no routine newborn nursery coverage .
