Site Analyst

As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the Solutions Center supporting global IT operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Site Analyst

Location :  ON-SITE in Wickliffe, Ohio

Pay Range : $35

What's the Job?

Serve as a local site resource to resolve technical issues requiring face-to-face or local knowledge.

Research and resolve technical problems / issues for end users, working as primary level 1 / 2 support when needed.

Provide training and education to the local end user community on IS systems and processes.

Create, update, and review knowledgebase documents related to the local site.

Collaborate with vendors or third-party companies for advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and installations.

What's Needed?

A four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10, Microsoft Office 2013 & 365, and common internet browsers.

Knowledge of Citrix, Adobe products, and mobile devices such as iPhones / iPads and Android devices.

Working knowledge of Windows Internals, Networking Fundamentals, and Information Security Fundamentals.
