At Kairos, all teachers are leaders—you’ll not only teach your content area but also take on whole‑school service roles that shape our culture, strengthen student development, and deepen connections with families and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous units in music instruction for middle school and high school students
• Differentiate for diverse learners, including EL and neurodiverse students.
• Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor growth.
• Cultivate an ensemble ethos where respect, risk‑taking, and accountability flourish.
• Serve on committees and mentor students in leadership roles.
• Communicate student progress and performance opportunities to families.
• Participate in PLCs, attend conferences, and share best practices.
