Responsibilities :

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, creating lifelong clientele.

Apply a consultative selling approach—actively listening to customers' needs to match them with the ideal vehicle.

Develop extensive product knowledge, mastering vehicle features, options, and latest technologies.

Conduct engaging, professional vehicle demonstrations.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, promoting repeat and referral business.

Confidently manage sales conversations and effectively overcome objections.

Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance analysis.

Qualifications :

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
