Responsibilities :
Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest serviceDemonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing teamMaintain compliance with operational and food safety proceduresComputer skills for scheduling, ordering inventory, email and managing marketing effortsAttend training, retain information and disseminate knowledge to the teamQualifications :
Demonstrated passion for successLeadership talentStrong communication and organization skillsA genuine smiling personality!1 - 2 years of restaurant management experience is requiredPhysical ability to stand, walk and lift as neededWould be a plus :
