Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer service support to French-speaking clients in the Government & Public Sector.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service delivery.
