Working under the supervision of the Support Team Expert Department Manager / s, the Support Team Lead will be primarily responsible for helping guide our termite support team as well assist in communication with our Termite Field Experts. The Support Team Lead will also serve as a liaison with our customer service team in Textline and Slack as well as monitor the voicemail inbox, in addition to operational tasks within the Call Center as needed. The Support Team Lead must maintain exceptional leadership skills amongst the team customer service as a representative of Moxie culture.
Core Responsibilities :
Ability to identify, assess, and resolve customer and team member concerns in a timely fashion.
Can coach and train team members on procedures and company values
Ability to learn and operate within multiple software systems and communicate cross departmentally
Effectively communicate with coworkers, customers and management
Essential Job Requirements :
On a Daily Basis :
Manage Termite Field Expert Communications
Manage Termite routes for inspections, installs, removals, reservices, WDI, etc.
Assist customers with Termite inquiries
Monitor support team productivity
Respond to questions and concerns from team members
Other Responsibilities :
When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments
Assist with non recurring tasks as needed
Occasional customer data entry update tasking
Provide feedback in order to improve processes when prompted
Qualifications
At least three years of customer service experience is preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
