Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations

Deliver Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Active and unrestricted LCSW license in AZ or CA; additional licenses in other states beneficial

Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience providing individual therapy

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

Clinical knowledge including familiarity with musculoskeletal conditions
