Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Marketing and Loyalty Programs to lead high-visibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving delivery excellence. This role requires deep knowledge of Agile practices, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to challenge the status quo to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple marketing / loyalty projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business goals.
- Apply Agile methodologies (JIRA, burndown charts, backlog management, N+2 planning) to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT, operations) to define scope, requirements, and priorities.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers; escalate appropriately to ensure resolution.
- Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation standards are met.
- Foster collaboration while maintaining authority and driving accountability across teams.
- Continuously evaluate project progress, proposing improvements and process optimization.
Professional Skills :
8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3-5 years in Marketing / Loyalty domains.Strong Agile expertise (JIRA, sprint planning, backlog grooming, burndown tracking).Proven experience in managing customer loyalty platforms, CRM, or marketing technology solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; confident in escalating when necessary.Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels with a collaborative yet assertive approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.Experience with large-scale loyalty program implementations.Background in retail, travel, or financial services industries.Skills : backlogs,JIRA
