Come join SPIN as a Community Access Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods or passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent navigation skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a positive, professional demeanor.
Accountabilities of a Community Access Specialist
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safety for passengers, cargo, and other motorists.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries, utilizing navigational tools when necessary.
- Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, deliveries, and other important data.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo or assist passengers with luggage or equipment as needed.
- You will interact with employee in person, via phone and email, through social media and group presentations
- Perform and document routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and properly fueled

High School Diploma or GED equivalentDriver's License with 5 years experience of drivingA clean driving recordProficiency with GPS devices and navigation applications.Expectations :
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Proficiency in navigating Philadelphia's street grid and complex one-way systems.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or traffic conditions.Develops and maintains strong relationships with department managers and employeesMaintain a high degree of professionalism and provide superior service to passengers or customersMonday-Friday
