Position Information

Venable LLP's Technology & Innovation Group, Venable Blue Team, seeks a Project & Process Specialist who resides in the New York or Washington, D.C. regions. This is a non-attorney position.

The Project & Process Specialist will be responsible for continuous improvement and project management initiatives. This role will support cross-department collaboration by managing process workflow and systems improvement projects. The work of the Project & Process Specialist will be fast-paced, dynamic, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Drives cross-functional coordination and operational tasks designed to achieve program objectives and support related activities and processes.
• Supports people, process, and tooling programs, implementing user feedback.
• Reviews task queues and tracking assignments across teams to make sure projects are completed.

The salary range for Project & Process Specialist positions is $80,000 - $105,000 per year. This is the minimum and maximum salary that Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
