Assessment and treatment plan developmentClinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies)On-going evaluation of caregiver / client progressReport writingConduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with the Therapist(s) and caregiver(s)Provide direct intervention services to clients, as neededProvide training and on-going support to caregivers and staffMust be able to drive to clients up to 30 miles awayQualifications
MA / MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or any other related area of study from an accredited institutionBCBA Certification completed3 + years experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities and mental health disordersExperience with severely challenging behaviors and the design and implementation of related assessment and intervention strategiesExcellent management and clinical skillsMastery of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practicesKnowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention, and areas of practice specific to developmental disordersExperience working in collaboration with Regional Centers, School Districts, and other agencies extremely valuedBilingual skills valued and are highly encouraged to applyValid driver's license and reliable form of transportationProper background checkAdditional Information
