Senior Associate, Real Estate Valuations

A company is looking for a Sr Associate, Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform internal evaluations on various types of commercial real estate, primarily assets greater than $10MM

Formulate and present well-researched opinions of value on real estate collateral and assess loan and asset risks

Conduct market research and prepare internal evaluations on CMBS assets for credit committee discussions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Seven (7) years of current experience in commercial real estate appraisal

MAI or advanced candidate preferred
