• 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift, rotating weekdays / weekends / holidays
• Up to 20 patients per shift
• Inpatient heart failure patients
• Heart failure management required
• Transplant experience preferred
• LVAD experience preferred
• Advanced heart failure experience preferred
• No call required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
