About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of our rapidly growing clean energy firm. As the CFO, you will be responsible for capital planning, fundraising, and ensuring the organization has the resources and systems necessary for global scaling.

This role requires collaboration with executive leadership, the board, and investors, as well as a balance of operational discipline and growth orientation. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a finance team, implement scalable financial systems, and proactively manage financial risks to extend our company's runway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior finance leadership, particularly in capital-intensive sectors such as energy, manufacturing, or advanced technology. A proven track record of raising capital from various sources is essential, as is expertise in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and reporting systems. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
